Jerry Gray, M.D., FACP
Dr. Jerry Gray is a Windber native and he graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1972. He completed his residency at Presbyterian-University Hospital in 1975. Dr. Jerry Gray is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He was elected in 2006 as a Fellow to the American College of Physicians. Dr. Gray is a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, Cambria County Medical Society, and American Society of Internal Medicine. He recently received the Apollo Award in 2016. Dr. Jerry Gray and Dr. Patrick Gray established Gray Medical Associates in 2006. Dr. Jerry Gray is currently retired, however, he still holds a vital role in the practice. He enjoys teaching the medical students at Gray Medical Associates.
Patrick Gray, M.D.,FACP
Dr. Patrick Gray is a Windber native and he graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency at West Virginia University Hospital System in 2004. Dr. Patrick Gray is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Gray is recognized as a Fellow in the American College of Physicians since 2012. Dr. Patrick Gray and Dr. Jerry Gray established Gray Medical Associates in 2006. Patrick also serves as the medical director at the Church of the Brethren Home, Valley View Retirement Community, and the Associate Medical Director at 365 Hospice. He is an active member of the Windber Medical Center medical staff.
Tamara Hoffman, D.O.
Dr. Tamara Hoffman is a graduate from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008. She completed her residency at Altoona Family Physicians in 2006. During her residency from 2005 to 2006 she was recognized as chief resident. Dr. Hoffman is dual board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Hoffman joined Gray Medical Associates in 2007. She also serves as the medical director at Aseracare Hospice since 2009. Dr. Hoffman is a member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Practitioners Association, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, American Medical Association, Society of Hospitalist Medicine, and the American Academy of Osteopathy. She is an active member of the medical staff at Windber Medical Center.
Kelly Spangler, PA-C
Kelly Spangler (formerly Maher) is a Johnstown native and she graduated from St. Francis University with a Master’s of Science with a minor in Exercise Physiology in 2014. Kelly received her certification from the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants in 2014. Mrs. Spangler joined Gray Medical Associates in 2014.
